What we believe in

Values

D’Antilles & D’Ailleurs is a feminist association committed to an inclusive world where every individual, whatever their origin, gender or life path, can live with dignity and have access to the same opportunities.

Our association works actively to change paradigms on gender equality by raising public awareness of the multiple forms of discrimination that persist in our society. We firmly believe that to build a fairer future, it is essential to understand the complex realities and specific challenges faced by marginalized people.

By encouraging dialogue, education and community involvement, we aim to deconstruct stereotypes and promote values of respect, equality and solidarity.

Our fight is guided by the profound conviction that social change requires the inclusion of everyone, and that everyone has a role to play in building a more equitable and just society.

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
Universal Declaration of Human Rights

– Sisterhood

Because solidarity between women is the basis of our operations: these links enable us to identify common problems and together find appropriate responses from a feminist and intersectional perspective.

– Equity

Because we dream of a just society where everyone can be supported according to their individual needs, and because we are convinced that helping the most vulnerable groups is the guarantee of freedom for us all.

– Interculturality

Because all cultures are equal in value, each conceals a myriad
of unique treasures. Through our encounters with the Other, we enrich ourselves.

– Eco-citizenship

Because we are aware that the world around us does not belong to us, we must respect and preserve it for future generations. We strive for an eco-feminist society and a civic commitment to environmental protection.
