Strengthen the skills of youth organizations, informal youth groups and vulnerable youth to improve their active participation, structured dialogue, civic engagement and networking at the local and European level to support the construction of more inclusive societies that are better able to adapt and respond to the challenges of the Covid-19 emergency.
