Work Reintegration with a Taste of the Caribbean

A social integration snack bar:
Where social integration meets Caribbean taste

Rebelles is a solidarity snack bar aimed at supporting the social and economic reintegration of migrant women from priority neighborhoods of Fort-de-France, who are victims of or at risk of prostitution.
This project offers local workers and residents a warm space in which to enjoy authentic Caribbean cuisine that is simple, tasty and full of senses.

A springboard to professional independence

In partnership with the Mouvement du Nid – Martinique association, the project supports a group of women beneficiaries through a professional and entrepreneurial pathway.
The socio-professional integration of women, victims of prostitution, represents a major challenge, all the more so in a context of structural unemployment in Martinique. These women have to overcome additional obstacles linked to the social, economic and political context in which they live. Rebelles offers them a concrete solution: the creation and management of a snack bar in the Trois Lieu urban garden.
Under the supervision of a professional chef, the women are trained in catering skills and acquire essential competencies for their autonomy.

A gourmet, creative and inclusive space

in the heart of Fort-de-France

Rebelles is much more than a snack bar: it’s a place to meet and exchange ideas, where you can enjoy authentic Caribbean cuisine in a friendly atmosphere.

To complement the culinary offer, customers can take part in
no-fire introductory ceramic workshops, run by the beneficiaries themselves.

Ideally located at 122 rue Lamartine, in the heart of the city, it invites you to take a gourmet and committed break, combining inclusion, training and solidarity.
